Annie pulls aside Britta and asks if she minds if she dates Britta’s ex Vaughn. Britta tells Annie she is fine with her dating Vaughn but really isn’t ok with the idea. Jeff and Britta meet at the cafeteria where Britta talks about Annie asking permission to date Vaughn. Jeff feels he and Britta should watch out for Annie since they are her “Greendale parents.”

Troy, Abed, Shirley and Pierce watch “Kickpuncher” together on movie night, with Senior Chang a last minute drop in. The rest of the gang jokes and laughs about the movie but Pierce doesn’t feel like he fits in. His lame movie jokes aren’t going over well.

Jeff and Britta see Vaughn and Annie together on campus. They decide the best thing to do is hatch a plan to break them up. Britta suggests convincing Troy to date Annie since Annie has had a crush on Troy for years. They think if Troy was a real option to Annie she’d drop Vaughn for him. Britta and Jeff tell Troy Annie has always been crazy about him. Jeff has a private conversation with Troy convincing him that Annie is hot. Britta tells Troy Annie is dating Vaughn to make Troy jealous. Troy decides he needs to check Annie out.

Pierce hires an on campus comedy sketch group to write jokes for him for the next movie night in Abed’s dorm room. Troy sees Annie in the cafeteria and hits on her, putting his arm around her. Annie doesn’t understand why Troy is acting so weird. Vaughn brings ice cream to Annie and sees Troy’s arm around her. Troy announces to Vaughn that Annie has always had a crush on him, which crushes Vaughn who walks away dejected, eating his ice cream. Annie discovers it was Jeff and Britta who convinced Troy to break up Annie and Vaughn.

As Jeff and Britta bask in the glow of breaking up Annie and Vaughn, Annie comes into the room and sarcastically thanks them for meddling in her love life. Next Troy storms in thanking them for getting him interested in Annie so that she can reject him.

The gang gets ready to watch another movie. Abed tells the group they are watching a different movie. Pierce, who has prepared jokes for “Kickpuncher 2″, fabricates a story about a family member who died making the movie. Abed and the rest of the gang go along with Pierce’s request to see “Kickpuncher 2″, only to find Pierce whipping out fast jokes for every scene. Shirley calls Pierce on preparing jokes for the movie and Pierce decides to leave for the evening but manages to fall over the coffee table and knock over the popcorn. The gang laughs at Pierce who joins in knowing he finally got the laugh he was looking for.

Jeff and Britta talk to Annie about Vaughn and feeling like protective parents. Britta admits she’s not ok with her friend dating her ex-boyfriend. Jeff accuses Britta of jealousy, Britta accuses Jeff of thinking Annie’s hot from the debate team make-out kiss, then the rest of the study group starts on a list of wild accusations about each other.

Annie hears Vaughn’s guitar and runs outside to see him as the gang follows her. Vaughn sings a sweet song written just for her and Annie is estatic. Annie asks Jeff and Britta if they are still is upset with her dating Vaughn and Jeff and Britta gives Annie their blessing, trusting Annie is a grown up after all.

Mr. Pewterschmidt finally comes out of his coma to discover Peter is in charge of his company. Mr. Pewterschmidt meets with Peter at the office to regain control of his company but Peter will not give Mr. Pewterschmidt back the power and has Mr. Pewterschmidt thrown out of the office. Lois argues with Peter about giving back the company to her father but it does no good. Peter arrives home in a jet, landing on his street and tearing down power lines, setting Joe’s home on fire. As Joe yells at Peter, Peter goes into the house without a care in the world.

Mr. Pewterschmidt has always treated Peter with no respect. Now that the tables are turned Peter decides to make Mr. Pewterschmidt do the most gross and menial jobs in the company. Peter goes on a power trip and flaunts his power in front of Mr. Pewterschmidt. Peter decides what better position for Mr. Pewterschmidt to have than the office janitor position. Mr. Pewterschmidt is humiliated and horrified but goes along with Peter’s demands.

Lois cooks up a scheme with her father to scare Peter into signing off his power in the corporation. Lois knows Peter is terrified of monsters and plans for her father to dress in a monster costume to scare Peter. Lois visits Peter in his office, telling him a monster is attacking and killing all the corporate bigwigs in town and convinces him to sign his name on a contract giving back the company to her father. Peter signs and runs out of the office, terrified. Lois turns to find her father in a monster costume saying he’s ready to scare Peter. Lois and her father realize the real monster is right in front of them and run for their lives.

Chris suggests to his dad that he listen to the Ham radio frequencies because he has heard you can hear ghosts there. Peter gets even more interested in his Ham radio. He finally connects with a voice on a frequency who tells him he is Ronald Reagan. Peter asks Reagan all sorts of personal questions. Peter takes his Ham radio to Quohog Kareoke and sings a duet of “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” with Ronald Reagan. When Reagan sings the static sound is ear piercing and drives the audience crazy with ear pain.

Brian goes to use the bathroom and finds Stewie is taking a bath with Bitch Stewie who is washing his back for him. Brian is a little disturbed by this and walks away. Peter is very excited about his discovery of the ghost of Reagan and shares his new find with his buddies at the bar. Quagmire and Joe are interested but then question things when Reagan plugs Rich Little’s next stand-up engagement. Peter realizes Rich Little is on the airwave doing an impersonation of Reagan. The next day Peter goes to Quagmire’s house to get a refund for his Ham radio purchase. When Quagmire answers the door he sees a baby on his steps along with a note saying he should have worn a condom. Peter, Lois and Joe help Quagmire get a DNA test to see if the baby is his and it is. They leave Quagmire to deal with the baby and he doesn’t know what to do with it.

Brian asks Stewie if he would make a Brian clone for him. Stewie agrees if Brian will do something vaguely sexual first. Brian agrees and Stewie makes a clone of Brian. Stewie tells Brian he dumbed down his clone even more and actually let Bitch Stewie create Brian’s clone, calling him Bitch Brian. Brian meets Bitch Brian who does not function well and is even dumber than Bitch Stewie. Brian gives Bitch Brian a list of things to do for him.

Quagmire has a date over and they end up in bed. Quagmire falls asleep before anything can happen because he has had so little sleep taking care of the baby. When Quagmire wakes up to find his date gone he decides the baby must go. He arranges to have the baby taken by the adoption agency.

Brian finds out that instead of washing his car, Bitch Brian hit his car with a rock. Bitch Brian’s jaw falls off and Brian asks Stewie what’s happening. Stewie suggests their Bitch Brian and Bitch Stewie clones are unstable and ready to fall apart. Bitch Brian melts into a puddle and as Bitch Stewie says “I hope that doesn’t happen to me” he melts into a puddle of goo as well. Brian says as a dog he is compelled to lick up the melted clones.

Quagmire, Peter and Joe go to a stripper joint to celebrate but all Quagmire can think of is Anna Lee. Quagmire and his friends go to the adoptive family’s home and Quagmire sees that Anna Lee is happy with her new family. Quagmire decides its best for the baby to stay with her new family since Quagmire will always be a swinging bachelor guy.

Chris complains about Peter not helping him with his homework. He’s bummed in general that his dad doesn’t spend time with him. Chris tries to prove to his family the evil monkey living in his closet and scaring him for nine years is real. Peter, Lois and Meg don’t believe Chris and think the evil monkey is all in his head.

Brian manages to sneek Stewie into the Hannah Montana concert backstage area. As Hannah Montana prepares for her concert, Brian introduces Stewie to her and tells Hannah Montana that Stewie has brain cancer, which is why his head is shaped like a football. Hannah Montana feels bad for him and spends time with Stewie, hanging with him in her dressing room. Stewie shows Hannah Montana the lyrics he wrote and they sing his song together. Stewie is beyond excited he’s spending time with Hannah Montana.

Chris decides to capture the evil monkey so he can prove to his mom and dad that he is real. Chris sets up a net and captures the monkey. He presents the evil monkey to Peter, Lois and Meg and tells them he told them so. The monkey starts talking to the family and tells them about his unhappy life and how he ended up in Chris’s closet. The family decides to call him monkey. Chris doesn’t trust monkey but the rest of the family thinks he’s a pretty nice, normal monkey with great advice. Chris relents and starts to become friends with monkey.

Stewie finds Hannah Montana’s phone and gives it to Hannah Montana. As she takes the phone from Stewie he notices some static sound coming from her. Stewie watches Hannah Montana get ready in her dressing room and sees her assistant programming her from a panel in her back. Stewie is devastated and tells Brian that Hannah Montana is a robot from Disney. When Brian suggests to Stewie he’d like to hook up with Hannah Montana, Stewie re-programs her to have sex with Brian but something goes terribly wrong in the process.

Peter notices Chris and the monkey are spending a lot of time together and really becoming best buddies. Monkey helps Chris with his homework and Chris starts getting A’s in class. When Peter finds out that Chris invites monkey to a father son event Peter is upset and tries to get back at Chris. Peter dresses up in a long wig and skirt and pretends to be gay to convince Chris’s friends Chris is gay. One of Chris’s friends says he’ll be gay with Peter.

Hannah Montana’s computer board goes berserk and she begins to destroy everything in her path. Stewie and Brian run to warn the family. As Hannah Montana goes through downtown, the family and monkey meet up with her. Monkey tries to calm her down but Hannah Montana grabs monkey and climbs the tallest building. Yes, the reference to King Kong is obvious. Peter and Quagmire fly in Quagmire’s biplane to the top of the building to shoot Hannah Montana down and save monkey. Peter finally shoots Hannah Montana to bits and she falls, metal pieces splatting on the ground. Peter saves monkey, catching him as they fly by.

Monkey tells the family he must move on, its time for him to help someone else. Peter, Lois, Meg and Chris say goodbye. The final scene shows monkey in another kid’s closet pointing at him with the same scary face look he used on Chris.

Lois asks where Peter has been and he tells her he was using Cleveland’s bathroom and he’s going to continue using it so Lois tells him he has to stop. Peter notices movers moving in furniture to Cleveland’s house. As Peter complains to the movers, Dan Aykroyd and Chevy Chase walk up to the house and Peter is thrilled. Aykroyd and Chase tell Peter they are doing research for a movie. Peter invites them to dinner at his house.

Aykroyd and Chase come over for dinner and Peter tries to talk them into letting him be in their next movie. Peter regales the movie stars with some of his comedy which is pretty lame. Stewie is the only one laughing at Peter’s jokes. Aykroyd and Chase make an excuse to leave, telling Peter that they need to go home to roll joints and get high. When Aykroyd and Chase tell Peter he is not funny, Peter curses and throws them out of his house.

Brian talks to Stewie about how odd it is that Dan Aykroyd and Chevy Chase have moved to Quahog together. As Brian and Stewie peek into Aykroyd’s and Chase’s house, bodyguards suggest they go into the house and have a Pepsi, When they have a Pepsi they drop down a trap door. Aykroyd and Chase welcome them to their operation center for DUPF (Deep Underground Protection Facility). Aykroyd and Chase say they have been working for the government as spies since the 80’s. In the 80’s the KGB created sleeper drones who would be activated into action by speaking the sentence “gosh that Italian family at the next table sure is quiet”. Aykroyd and Chase believe a KGB agent is located in Quahog.

Peter meets Joe and Quagmire at the bar and laments that Aykroyd and Chase didn’t think he was funny. He repeats his jokes and his friends laugh. They decide to create an improv group to impress the movie stars. Aykroyd, Chase, Stewie and Brian visit the mayor asking for roadblocks to be set up to catch the agent. Aykroyd repeats the activation phrase and the mayor starts speaking Russian. A fight ensues and Aykroyd shoots a tracking device into the mayor’s leg as the mayor escapes. In the meantime Peter and his friends try to come up with a name for their improv group. Aykroyd, Chase, Stewie and Brian fly to Russia to find the agent. Russian guards stop them and take them to the Russian Prime Minister. The Russian Prime Minister wants to help them find the agent since reactivation of an agent now would be an embarrassment to his country. Meanwhile Peter and his buddies are on the Quahog stage and they perform horrendous improv skits. Aykroyd, Chase, Stewie and Brian trudge through the Russian snow filled wilderness to find the agent. They see a missile aimed at the United States take off and find the Mayor of Quohog standing at the nuclear missile controls wondering where he is.

Peter, Joe and Quagmire star in their local improv group “Room For Improv-ment”. When Quagmire asks for suggestions for a place for the improv suggestions like “your ass” and “your mom’s ass” come from the audience. Peter starts doing his John Wayne impressions and the audience thinks Peter is funny. Back in Russia the missile heads to the United States and Aykroyd realizes they can operate the missile by remote control. Aykroyd manages to disengage the missile and it blows up in space. Aykroyd hopes the fuselage will fall safely to earth. The missile’s fuselage falls directly into Cleveland’s new home, dumping him and his bathtub into the front yard.

Stewie and Brian are finally home and Stewie wonders aloud how the phrase “gosh that Italian family at the next table sure is quiet” could cause problems. Meg stands up and goes to the phone, speaking Russian. The Russian agent on the other end tells her to shut up.
